Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- Products must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
- Custom-designed and personalized items are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
Exceptions
- Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
- Items that show signs of wear or use are not eligible for return.
How to Return an Item
Step-by-Step Instructions:
- Contact Customer Support: Email our customer support team at info@anewkreation.com with your order number and reason for return. Include photos if the item is defective or incorrect.
- Receive Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
- Prepare Your Package: Pack the item securely in the original packaging and include the RMA number inside the package.
- Ship the Item: Send the package to the address provided by our customer support team. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the item reaches us.
Processing Times
- Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item within 3-5 business days.
- If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
