Shipping policy

Shipping is at the discretion of A New Kreations.

Once the package has left the hands of A New Kreations, it is at the mercy of the shipping company. Lost items will be reviewed by A New Kreations and will be determined as to whether a replacement will be sent or if a refund will be provided instead.

Most items take 3 - 5 business days to process and subsequently an additional number of days for shipping. Next day shipping for some non-custom items is available, but please note that in your order as it may incur additional charges. 

Tracking will be sent promptly upon shipment, but may take 24 - 48 hours to update on the shipping company website.
